Description: Skills of Central PA, Inc. offers Employment Services as well as Home and Community Habitation services in Clinton County. Home and community services gives individuals with disabilities the opportunity to further develop their skills for independent living. Employment Services helps individuals with disabilities to attain community based employment and offers job coach services. Age Range: Adults from 18 and up Eligibility requirements: must have a disability and qualify for services through the state Costs: Services are paid for through state funding or self pay is available if not approved for state funding.
