Description: The Bucktail Medical Center
Hospital is a 21 bed Critical Access Hospital/Swing bed. The facility also
offers a full service Emergency Room 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In
additions, the facility also has Laboratory, radiology, Ambulance,
Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Speech Therapy Departments.
- Service 2 – Nursing Home:
Description: The Bucktail Medical Center's
forty-three (43) bed Skilled Nursing Facility provides opportunities for all
residents, including its professional staff, to know one another and develop
personal relationships so important to the resident's care. A meaningful
volunteer program enables residents to maintain close contact with their
neighbors in the nearby Renovo area. Staff ensure
each resident is made to feel special and cared for in a very personal and
friendly atmosphere. Respite care is a special service offered on a short
term basis to individuals who still live at home with a caregiver. This
service allows caregivers a break and peace of mind knowing that their loved
ones are being cared for by certified healthcare professionals.

Community Clinic provides quality outpatient care to the residents of Western
Clinton County. Offered are a Board Certified Family Practice Physician and
the support of Medical Center’s outpatient laboratory and radiology services.
